METCALFE COUNTY, KENTUCKY

Joshua Barton went to KY with Daniel Boone.  Joshua had four sons.  Three of them were  Jacob, Isaac and Abner.

Abner Barton came to Kentucky in 1803.  He had a son, Noah Barton (b. 1797; TN/d:1885 Barren Co., KY) Moved to KY in 1803 with his parents.   Resided in Metcalfe County, Kentucky.  

Noah md. (1) Polly Reid (dau. of James) .  They had 9 children:

Noah md. (2) the dau. of  Joseph Read and had five children:
