Isaac  Barton  was possibly from Lexington County, SC.   He may have been listed in the 1840 census of that county.  He md. Margaret CREED of SC abt.1831-1832.

Isaac's children are listed in the 1850 Thomas County, Ga. census.  Here it says he is from N.C.

Three of Isaac and Margaret's children are listed in the 1860 census of  Colquitt County,Ga.  in the home of Margaret's brother, Darlin Creed.
