This has been a most frustrating line for me to research. I have very little information.
1) Thomas Edward BARTON b. 17 Nov 1917 d. 07
Jan 1973 married: Nancy Elizabeth EARLY approx. 1940
children: Nancy Elizabeth BARTON
This is my grandfather. He and my grandmother divorced when my mother was abt. 3 years old. She is his only child and he never remarried.
2) William Edward BARTON b. abt. 1888 d. 17
Nov 1941 married: Elsie Elnora Messinger, date unknown
children: Thomas Edward, Ann, Bill, Charles, Deloris, Elsie, Mary, Minnie,
Stanley, and Sterling.
3) William Logan BARTON b. unknown d. unknown;
married: unknown
children: William Edward BARTON (probably had other
children.)
The only locality for these BARTONs that I am aware of is the Jefferson Co./Louisville, Ky. area. I am desperate for help on this line.
